Refund Policy

Digital goods
Credits are digital content delivered immediately on purchase. Under EU consumer law, your right of withdrawal is waived once you start using the digital content — i.e. once you spend any credit from the pack. This is shown at checkout.
When we refund
- If you bought a pack and have not used any credits from it, contact us within 14 days for a full refund.
- If a generation clearly failed due to a technical issue on our side, we will refund the credit (or issue a new one) at no cost.
- If you were charged twice for the same purchase, we refund the duplicate.
How to request a refund
Email haakon86@gmail.com from the address linked to your account and include the Stripe receipt or session id. Refunds are sent back to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5–10 business days.
Subscriptions
We currently only offer one-time credit packs — no recurring subscriptions. If we add subscriptions later, this policy will be updated to cover cancellation and pro-rated refunds.
